The formal name is Shinshu Honbyo mausoleum, and its common name is Higashi Hongan-ji Temple and is known as “Ohigashi-san”. Its origin is derived from the west of Nishi Hongan Ji Temple (The official name: Hongan Ji Temple) in the West. There is also a round trip garden called “Shoseien” garden in the precinct.
