The Kyoto Tower Sando is located at the central exit (中央口) of JR Kyoto Station (north side), and the Kyoto Tower is the landmark. There is a large public bath on the third basement floor, a food hall on the first basement floor, and a souvenir shop on the first floor. The second floor is the experience floor, the third floor is restaurants and tourist information center for foreigners, and the fifth to ninth floors are hotels. On top of that, there is an observation room and Kyoto Tower observation room, which are commercial facilities for tourists. The height of the Kyoto Tower is 131 meters, making it the tallest tower in Kyoto, with a panoramic view of Kyoto City.
