Fujinomori Shrine

Fujinomori-jinja Shrine (Fujinomori Jinja) has a long history and was founded about 1800 years ago. As the God of Horses, he has become a horse racing enthusiast. I'm a believer. It is also known to bring good luck. On May 5, the Kakeuma Shinji (駈馬神事), a traditional event since 781, is held. It shows seven techniques on horseback, and many people gather every year. It is also the birthplace of "Shobu no Sekku". Hydrangeas Garden is open to the public from June to July.
